Spouse record number missing

We have a husband and wife baptized at the same time. When their records were created the record number for the spouse was no entered. This oversight made it impossible to connect them as married in a household together. I tried to fix this but I can't enter the record number for the spouse. What do I do?

I'd use the special request function in MLS to have SLC connect them.
