Member doesn't want records forwarded

We made contact with a sister in our ward who confirmed that she has moved but did not want to give us a new address and said she didn't want her records forwarded.
Should these records be moved into the address unknown file or kept in our ward where at least someone has contact?

The policy is pretty clear -- you should make every effort to move the records to where the member lives. So follow the standard checklist for trying to determine where the member lives, and if all those steps fail, then you move the record out of your ward with no address.
