We have a child of record who was baptized less than 1 week into her 9th year (an over site).
This was overlook by the ward leadership and now as we (clerk) tried to add her baptismal ordinance to her church record system we were unable to.
We were informed by the "system" that she was considered a convert baptism and unable to complete entering this ordinance. She was baptized by her father.
How can we correct this ordinance record?

I'd call Local Unit Support on Monday. Chances are, you'll have to pass the information to the mission to have them enter it.
