out of unit members

Due to a family situation, I am in one ward for 2 months and then another ward for 2 months and then back to the original ward.

When I was in another stake, they were able to adjust my membership and make it so that I had access, through LDS Tools, to information from both wards/stakes that I attended. My membership remained with my "first ward".

I have since stopped attending my "second ward" and have started attending another "second ward" and would like to do the same thing. (I have asked the old "second ward" to remove my records from their ward/stake but after 3 requests this has not been done)

I believe this has to do with Out-of-Unit membership. My new "second ward" says that they added me to their ward but I still do not have access to the ward/stake information via LDS Tools.

How does the ward clerk make this happen?

I am also an assistant ward clerk in my "first ward" and that is why I am able to access this forum. I am attempting to help the new "second ward" ward clerk accomplish this.

Thanks for your help.

I am pretty sure you can be an out of unit member only in one ward. Your first "second ward" still needs to remove you as an out of unit member. That clerk needs to make the change in LCR. He should locate your out of unit record under membership and delete it. That will allow the new "second ward" information to become available to you.

You new "second ward" also needs to have put you into a standard calling.

This is a public forum. Anyone in the world can access it. Your new "second ward" ward clerk just needs to access the URL and use his LDS Account to sign in.

[And since this is a public forum, I have removed the phone number from your original post.]
