Can we still create Non-Member record?

We have a Non-member spouse helping in a calling and would like to show calling filled. I can't seem to find a way to put him in anymore. Any ideas?

The ability to create non-member records is
not going to be implemented in LCR. And MLS 3.8.1 removed the ability to create non-member records in MLS. This was for privacy reasons.
So, no, there isn't any way of doing that anymore.

I'm hoping to get some clarity on this. We have a non member who has been called as our cub master. Is there no way to show him in the position?

No, there's no way for him to show up in a calling on the directory.
