Hey everybody I'm a rookie at this. Two households same last name anyway I moved a record to the wrong ward. Is there anyway to get it back? now i dont have their birthday. I guess I'll need to contact the branch president to contact the ward clerk of that ward. thanks for any help on this
The "Members Moved Out" report will tell you what ward they moved to. (It sounds like you already know what ward it was.) On the "Request Records" screen, click on the blue link labeled "More Search Options". You can then specify that ward, along with the person's name and that should be enough to get the records back into your ward.
