An ex-communicated brother recently moved into our ward and was baptized last Saturday.

Does anyone know how I should record this baptism?

Handbook 1 6:12 outlines the process. I believe whoever processed the paperwork for the readmission should handle this.

The baptism paperwork needs to be submitted with the disciplinary council paperwork that authorized the readmission. You should contact the stake president who authorized the baptism and get the completed paperwork delivered to him or his stake clerk.
