Record a marrage but cannot get person divorced in MLS

I am trying to record a civil marriage of a sister, but when I try to put in the information, it says she is still married. I try to terminate her marriage(i do have the information), it does not show a marriage to divorce. It does give the yellow line saying she was is sealed is all. How do I enter in the divorce that is not listed or convince the system that she is truly divorced?

I had a similar issue where I could not add a marriage after the spouse died. I was trying to change the marriage in the individual record. It was not working. I was told to record the marriage thru the records section and record a civil marriage. This work for me.
