Members name shows up 3 times on membership record

How do I delete names that are duplicated on a members record? This particular member is the head of household, but also shows up 3 times in the household below where it is family. More confusing questions coming soon! Thanks in advance.

First thing, make sure he doesn't have a son with the same legal name. Second, check for
duplicate records.

The son is a different problem (record wise not personal). The father was a convert baptism, the Mission Home entered the father with the real birth date, and then for some reason entered him again with his wife's birth date but both have the same MRN. Their son was just baptized, almost 9 yo, he is showing up under the mother, not the father but does not show up anyplace else as a member. There are no duplicate records just duplicate names with different birth dates but the same MRN...
