How to change/remove Mission Country and Language

How to change/remove Mission Country and Language

In my ward a member's record and IOS show that she served a mission and language that is wrong. In this case, the member's Mission country and language is the mission and language her sister (not in our ward) served. The member in our ward has not served a mission so her record shouldn't have any country or language listed. I'm guessing that I need to call in to support on this one but thought I'd post here to make sure and share the solution. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
