Disciplinary reports when no formal action taken
We recently held a disciplinary council in which the bishopric decided that informal probation was the best course of action. The Handbook asks me to complete the Report of Church Disciplinary Action but the online form doesn't give me an option to select informal probation. I've completed the form but can't send it to the bishop because I can't select informal probation. What should I do in this case? Do I complete the form and leave it unfinished (essentially just saved but not submitted) or do I delete the report? Thanks for your help!

Take a look at Handbook 1, 6.8.2 fourth and fifth paragraph.
