A December 4, 2014 notice from the Presiding Bishopric requires wards to send in signed hard copies of the Child Blessing Record and the Baptism and Confirmation Record:

"...[W]e ask that all completed and signed copies of the Child Blessing Record and the Baptism and Confirmation Record be mailed to the assigned administrative office immediately after the record has been created by the mission or by the local unit."

For those in the USA (i.e., church headquarters is the assigned administrative office), does anyone know the proper mailing address to send these records to?

That notice is addressed to "General Authorities and the following leaders in the Europe Area, the Europe East Area, Angola, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, and Uruguay: Area Seventies; Stake, Mission, and District Presidents; Bishops and Branch Presidents; Stake and Ward Clerks."

If we do live in a country where we don't need to send the records due to privacy laws, what do we do with the records?

As stated on the form, keep them until the next membership audit.
