Any suggestions for what to do if a temple endowment does not show up on a member's record? This is for a living person who received their own endowment. The temple does not seem to have a record of it. This person has already served in many callings requiring a person be endowed. Does the rule about two witnesses still apply for this ordinance?

Good question. Handbook 1: 13.6.20 refers us to Handbook 2, chapter 20 - but it doesn't list temple ordinances.

I'd think I'd contact CHQ. Does the member know the date? That would probably help.
