membership record number - excommunication

How do I find the MRN for a member who had been excommunicated? We have reconvened a disciplinary council and I need to complete the report online. It will not allow me to without the MRN, of which I do not have. Please let me know. Thanks.

I would think that to reconvene a disciplinary council, the records would have had to be ordered from CHQ. The MRN isn't in there?

Thank you. I have requested the records from CHQ. The stake president did not have them when he reconvened the council. I didn't know if there was another way at this point. I'll get them soon enough.
