member record on MLS is correct but record on lds.oRG has member's surname wrong. I am ward clerk. How do i fix it?

Check the "Household Name" field under the "Household Members" tab in MLS. That's probably where the error is. Also verify the Full Name and Preferred Name fields in the Individual tab.
