Records not appearing in MLS

Records not appearing in MLS

We have a family in our ward whose records appear on lds.org in our Ward directory but they are not showing up in MLS. We have done multiple send/receive changes. When I check their records in the Leader and Clerk Resources, it clearly shows they that are still assigned to our ward. I can't figure out why their records are showing up in MLS. Any ideas? Thanks!

Try doing a unit data refresh.
