Searching via MRN

I tried to find out in MLS if it is possible to find a member via his MRN only, but could not find any way how to do that.
Like in some phone books, if you key in the number then the name of the person appears.
Anyone who can help me with that?

I have a custom report that lists the member name ("Preferred Name") and MRN (called "Record Number" in custom reports). I can generate that report, then click on the column header for the Record Number to sort by number. Then I can find the person easily enough.
It's certainly not as easy as simply keying in the number, but it does work.
