In the leadership Handbook 1 it says that the bishop can instruct the clerk to place a "request for contact" on a membership record that will be leaving the ward that will notify the next bishop that he should call the current bishop for additional information. Where is this option? On MLS? On lds.org? I can't seem to find it.

It's one of the questions in the move-out screen when doing a move-out in MLS.

Note that implied in russellhltn's and jdlessley's responses is that you can only set this flag when you actively send the record to a new unit. You can't set the option and then wait for the other unit to pull the record.
