A Member that is BIC and Sealed to Parents.

All,
When I was looking at the membership audit I saw the following error: "A person cannot be sealed to parents when he or she is already born in the covenant." When I look on the record I get that they were BIC and in MLS I get the sealing date and place of the sealing to the parents. This member is a new move-in and has stated that this problem should have been fixed in the previous ward. Both the parents and this member are converts of a few years. Any suggestions of correcting this issue?
