Entered death of member by mistake

2 weeks ago I entered the death of a member in my ward into MLS by mistake (recorded death of the spouse rather than the actual deceased member). What can I do to fix the error? Salt lake has already updated my recording 2 weeks ago.

I can think of two options:

1) Special Request
2) Call Local Unit Support during the week.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
