There is a member in our ward who would like to obtain a copy of a deceased family member's patriarchal blessing. Is this possible? Does anyone know what the protocol is for this? I am the ward clerk, just looking for some direction on how (or if?) to fulfill this request. Thanks!

I'd suggest the wiki entry Patriarchal blessing. It does list for "direct-line deceased ancestor".
