Correcting a membership record - sealing to parents

I've discovered that my own membership record does not correctly indicate that I am sealed to my parents. As a ward clerk, I understand how to correct a number of mistakes in membership records, but not this one.

Does anyone know what I must do, or who I should contact to get my record corrected?

Judging by my test install of MLS, go to your individual record, click on the "Temple" tab on the left, and click "Edit" on the top right of the dialog box.
