Our ward has a discrepancy between the online information and the MLS. Our former Bishop is listed as the President of the Priests Quorum.
Through the online MLS and apps (Ipod/Iphone and Android) there are two Priests Quorums listed. In the MLS on the computer in the clerks office there is only one.
When I view the Membership> Form> Officer Sustained report, it does not show that there is a dublicate. When I Print this form it shows in the paragraph for the Priests Quorum that the President is our former Bishop.
Does any one have any idea how to delete the duplicate organization?

Have you checked what information is listed in CDOL? CDOL provides the data for the online apps. If CDOL shows the additional quorum it can be updated using the procedure in Correcting duplicate or missing callings.
