Specifying Humanitarian Aid

I have some tithing slips where the member wants to specify that his donation goes only to victims in Japan. Is there any way for me to do this?

No, there is no way to do this through a donation to a ward or branch.

Personally, I trust the Church to use the funds for the most urgent needs. But there are some alternate ways to Donate to the Humanitarian Aid Fund if a member wants to be more specific. There's also some information at LDS Philanthropies' Emergency Response Fund page.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
