I have on my CUBS statement since OCT 2010 an action item to transmit my 24OCT10 donations. We had stake conference that week. We use to have a page that would come up identifying the missed donation week with a block that would be checked. We no longer have that option. So how do I indicate to headquarters that is to be skipped?
If the only one you have an issue with is 24 Oct 2010, this was a known bug resulting from the CUBS conversion. You shouldn't have to do anything unless the error has not gone away. In that case, simply call LUS. We also had stake conference that day but only one of my units had that error show up on their statement. I haven't followed up on it. I will and will repost if they are having the same issue.
Just checked. Again, we had stake conference on that date and most of the 10 units in the stake did not process donations. However, only 1 unit is still showing as having not transmitted a batch for 24 Oct 2010. I'm guessing as you supposed that they did not mark that there were no donations received on that date. I'll be visiting them Sunday to see investigate. I'm guessing the only way to clear it up now is to call LUS.
