I have a ward who has no finance statements appearing in MLS. They have had the problem since the CUBS transition. When you click on the "Finance Statements" link, the expected screen appears with the appropriate headings along the top, but there are no finance statements listed below, no old, no new. They have clicked "Send/Receive" numerous times. They have requested statements through MLS numerous times, which just results in an MLS message saying that they have been sent and that they should click on the Finance Statements link. Any ideas?
When abnormalities crop up in MLS it is best to see if and how the latest upgrade was accomplished. Patch upgrades have resulted in the abnormal operation of the program on occasion. About the time of the CUBS transition there were two upgrades. Version 3.2.3 was released on 7 October and version 3.2.4 was released on 12 November. If those updates were done by patches through a send/receive then a good first course of action would be to do a complete install of MLS 3.3 from the installer available at mls.lds.org.
