CUBS Budget Allotment

Currently, the budget allotment is based upon the statistical report from two quarters earlier. In other words, the 1st quarter 2011 budget allotment would be based upon the 3rd quarter 2010 statistical report.

Is this staying the same in CUBS?

Yes. This is exactly the same under CUBS.
