Just a friendly reminder for financial clerks,
If you see an charge from the Church Distribution
Center on this month's Church Unit Financial Statement,
it is probably the second half charge for the Gospel
Principles books you ordered for Priesthood and Relief
Society last year. Because the books are used for 2
years they only charge us half the cost each year.
This always catches me unprepared each year I see
it, thinking someone in the Bishopric placed a large
Distribution order without telling anyone. Hope this
reminder helps some of the other clerks out there
recognize this charge without too much investigation.
