Looking for ideas on troubleshooting an issue in MLS.
I am the skate TS and one ward is having an issue printing checks. We can print other list in MLS but when we select print check, enter in the check number, the system seems to freeze. no other options work in MLS.
we have to close the program in taskmgr and restart MSL to get back into the program.
Any ideas

I have found that downloading a fresh copy of MLS, and installing it over the existing copy, sometimes fixes strange behavior. It's quick and easy so worth a try.
