Missionary's Family Moved

Three months ago, we had a family move from our ward that had a son on a mission. I assumed that when that missionary's membership records were moved that the withdrawls for his support would move with his records. Not so. For three months his father has been donating missionary funds in their new ward, and the withdrawls have been coming out of our ward. Not sure what to do....

You're right that this is not handled automatically. How to fix it is detailed in the wiki article under
