We have negative funds in our OTHER account that have been there for a few years. After our audit, we were instructed to transfer funds from our BUDGET to cover the OTHER funds. MLS will not allow it. As soon as I pick TRANSFER FROM on the left, OTHER does not show on the TRANSFER TO column. MLS HELP says it is possible as well. Anybody help me here?

You can just write a check to the ward from Budget, and process it as a donation to Other.
