Tithing Settlement
As a new Ward Financial Clerk, I cannot find where to print the current 2018 Donor Statements to distribute before Tithing Settlement. All that is available is through September 2018.

I believe that's the only one available "in bulk". You can print individual year-to-date statements that are up-to-date.djmazz wrote:All that is available is through September 2018.

Because tithing settlement can start mid-October the pre-generated statements are created at the beginning of October with the intent that they will be distributed then. If they are distributed at that time then there is no need to give members updated statements just before their specific tithing settlement appointment unless they specifically request them.
If you didn't distribute them in October then you can generate updated statements 'Generate New Statement' button on the Donor Statement tab of the Tithing Settlement section of LCR (the same place where the pre-generated statements are) as russelhltn indicated. You can generate a single PDF that has multiple households if needed. That simplifies printing.
