Transferring from budget to stake

I am trying to transfer money from the YW budget to the stake, but MLS only shows me categories from Member-Financed Activities. How to I get the the transfers screen to let me select the YW budget?

If I recall correctly, you can write a check to the stake from a budget account.

I am not in front of the MLS computer at the moment but other wards we share the building with have transferred money from their budget allocations to our ward for shared expenses (we are the agent ward). This was not from the member-financed activities, but budget. As stated above, you also have the option to write a check (our stake discourages that, though).

The only budget category transfers can be made from is the Budget Allocations category. It is not possible to transfer from any other budget categories. The transfer must be from your ward budget allocations category to the stake budget allocations category. Once the transfer has been made you will have to manually edit your ward budget and reduce the YW budget by the amount transferred.
