Add Payee
I need to reimburse a ward member for expenses resulting from an activity in which they used their own money for supplies. I do this frequently but this member has never been paid before. I tried to add her, but it says the payee already exists. That is not true because they are not on the list. I cannot add a new nor may I select them from the list. I'm stuck. Anyone know how to fix this?

Since it's a "her", you might check and make sure she's not listed by a old name (such as maiden name) that you don't recognize.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Also check and see if she is list by her first name first. Sometimes it happens
