Hello,

How do I record a donation from a missionary in our ward? Do I just add them like any other member but, with "member out of ward status?" I would need their membership number I would assume.

Yes, enter them as a 'member of another ward'. If they provide their membership number you can enter it in their donor record and their donation will show up in their statement provided by their home ward. If they don't provide their membership number you can still set up them as a member of another ward (just don't enter the membership number) but the donation won't show up on their combined statement.

Most Fast Sundays I ping the missionaries for their MRNs when they donate fast offerings without their MRN. Each transfer I train the new missionary.
