Ward Merger - Donor Statement of Contributions

Ward Merger - Donor Statement of Contributions

I'm the financial clerk over a ward that recently merged with another ward, after the Donor Statement of Contributions report was generated by CHQ. Those statements do not include the new members who came over from a previous ward. Is it possible to get a new run of those statements based on the new ward member list so that I can have access to all members who are in the ward now? Thanks

You'll need to contact the Global Service Center. I'm not sure if they will generate a new batch for your merged ward or just send you the batch generated for the previous ward but you can't cause it to be regenerated yourself.

You could use the Generate New Statement to generate a set of statements for all donors but that will print statements for everyone including those who have indicated that they do not need a printed statement.
