Senior Couple Missionaries and Fast Offerings Statement

Possible "Frequently Asked Question" to add in Online Donations Section..
As a Senior Couple serving a mission in Florida, we pay Fast Offerings to the Ward we are serving in, not our home ward in Arizona. It appears from looking at my official online statement at LDS.org that these donations are not recorded there. If the Church HQs doesn't show the Fast Offering donations made outside one's home ward, is that a problem with the local ward or is it intended that Fast Offerings statements be retrieved from the local ward while serving our mission?

If your donations are not showing up in a consolidated statement, that means your donations have not been associated with your MRN (Member Record Number). The MRN would be key to getting the donation information back to where it should be.

Since your membership record is not in the ward you are serving, they're dependent on you putting your MRN on the first donation slip you give them. I'd also note that as a couple you have two MRNs - there's a possibility that the donations have been associated with the other MRN. So you'll need to check under both of your names.
