Where can I find or generate an Official Tax Receipt for an excommunicated member, who made donations last year (before his excommunication)? I can generate his donation summary but his receipt was not included in the church's pre-generated list.

Since his record wasn't in your ward at the end of the year, I'm not sure where it would be. I'd contact Local Unit Support on Monday to ask them.
