What do you mean by CUBS? Are you perhaps referring to the Unit Financial Statement? If so, then you can send a message through MLS to the Financial Department to have them resend the statement.

When I open MLS --> Finance --> Finance Statements, I can see all the Unit Financial Statements for the past three years or so.
They are also visible in LCR --> Finance --> Reports --> Financial Statements.
