I get the occasional email request "You have received a request to change the ***** . Please sign in to the Missionary Online Recommendation System to accept or decline this request. " about current missionaries who are either moving into our ward or moving out. Unfortunately when I log into the "MORS" system all I see are candidates and applications. Am I limited as a ward clerk to approve/initiate transfer of missionary financials (as in does it need to be the bishop) or am I just having an idiot moment and not seeing the actual hidden link?
