In our ward there is a family that lived in Malaysia for most of 2015. While there the ward clerk had them set up automatic deposits. This year the automatic deposits have continued and they appear to work fine. When this family logs in to lds.org they see all the payments posted, but when we printed them a tithing summary it shows none of the automatic deposits, the only thing it shows is online deposits that they have made individually (like Fast offering payments).

Is this expected or is there some error that is not letting the ward know of these other deposits?

Back when Bill Pay first came out, the information wasn't shared with the local unit.

Bill Pay set up later seems to be shared with the ward, but I don't think that new transactions for old setups do.
