We had a Spanish speaking family move from our ward to a Spanish Branch. They have a son on a mission and his monthly fees are deducted from our ward. Does that requirement now shift to the Spanish Branch or will we continue to see those deductions?

Not automatically. Movement of financial responsibility is a separate step and completely independent of membership records.
