What is the difference between the B-Girls Camp bucket and the regular Girls Camp bucket in the budget reports. The amounts are different in each. If there is $400 in the "Girls Camp Budget" and $600 in the "B-Girls Camp" budget do they have a total of $1,000 they can spend on Girls Camp?

That is something likely setup by the clerk or a prior clerk. You'd have to start asking questions of the local leaders who remember how that was set up.
