Carry over funds from wards

How do I input and deposit returned carry over funds from wards in my stake?
Can you give more detail? IIRC, each unit carries over it's own funds automatically. It's up to the unit to reflect that in their budgeting.
If the stake is wanting all carry over funds to go to the stake, then the stake needs to instruct each ward to send the funds to the stake - either by check or by transfer. I don't know if the stake can transfer a 'debt', effectively pulling funds from the ward.
