Missonary account pulled too soon

#1

Post by timjare »

Our Stake split our ward with others and part of the change move some missionaries around. However, one family was ahead on thier payments but the account was pulled too soon before the account was even. Since the ward still resides in the stake, are we able to transfer the funds? If not, how do we move the extra funds to the new ward?

Well, MLS does have the ability to transfer funds from your ward missionary fund to another ward missionary fund in the same stake, or to the stake's ward missionary fund. Otherwise, call Local Unit Support.
