Our building was having internet connection problems for a few weeks and our tithing did not transmit for 2 weeks. Now those two weeks are not showing up under view/update donations. Those 2 weeks seem to have just disappeared. Do I have to reenter the donations for those 2 weeks or is it possible to restore them?

I'd contact Local Unit Support. They can dig into your data file to see what's going on - as well as see if they got transmitted.

I believe they're still open. Give them a call.
