How do I view the sub-categories of the other accounts. Previous leaders and clerks set up multiple accounts and current leadership would like to remove most of them. In reading other posts, I am now convinced we need to rethink how youth activities have been funded. But we have been unable to find the totals in accounts to know where to start? On the Unit Financial Statement I can see the total amount in all other accounts, but not in the sub-categories.

Use the Income and Expense Report in the Finance area of MLS. Probably the best report to start with is Summary by Subcategory. Check the box by "Other" and it will check all the boxes for the subcategories of "Other. The report will show you the balance for each subcategory.
Then if you have questions about the details of a particular subcategory, you can use the Details by Subcategory report. Note also that you will probably want to adjust the date range to see any details, since we are so early in 2015 that a YTD report won't include many transactions.
