IROP Shipping Charge

This is just an interesting little glitch on the IROP for unit material purchases. If I order materials, and select the $3.00 Standard Shipping, the IROP shows:
SHP Expedited Shipping Charge ... 3.00
I have no idea why the IROP adds "Expedited" to the shipping charge, but I am glad we are only charged $3.00.

There was a communica sent out to wards announcing that shipping charges will no longer be picked up by HQ but rather will be charged to and paid by the unit ordering the items. It was sent out last year sometime, no sure of the exact date.

Effective January 15, 2014, Distribution Services will add a U.S. $3.00
shipping charge to orders placed online at store.lds.org or by phone, fax, or mail.
This minimal charge will cover a portion of the shipping costs. Please note,
however, that there will be no shipping charge for magazine subscriptions.
I knew about the shipping charge. My post was simply noting that the word "Expedited" was added to the IROP.
