Our stake is participating in an inter-faith program around Thanksgiving. This is an ongoing community organization that does a lot of good in the community. Our Stake President would like to make a small donation out of the stake budget to this group. Other than write the check is there anything else I need to do (e.g. forms to fill out)?

As far as I know, I think it would be treated like any other activity expense, including proof that it was approved by the SP.
