Submitting Tithing Declaration Report

Our stake president recently received notice from Church headquarters that one of the wards has not submitted their Tithing Declaration Report electronically. I've checked with the Bishop and found that the report is complete in MLS (no highlighted sections left). After ensuring that the report is complete, if you click "submit", the pop-up shows that it has been queued for transmission. A send/receive is completed and no confirmation that the report has been submitted is received. In addition, Church headquarters still shows that it has not been received on their end. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I suggest you call Local Unit Support in the morning. It sounds as if you are doing all you should be doing and MLS is not completing the transmission.
